Principal Consultant and Honorary Doctor of Humanities – Dr. Yu Man Ho Ronald

Dr. Ronald Yu is the founder and current Principal Consultant of iCan Business Solutions Company, combining a strong academic background with over 20 years of professional practical experience. He has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities, recognizing his outstanding interdisciplinary achievements.
Dr. Yu began his career in the financial management department of a Hong Kong-listed company, gaining extensive hands-on experience in capital markets. In 2010, he founded iCan Business Solutions Company, leading a team to provide professional services including corporate accounting audit, tax planning, and strategic business consulting.
He holds a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) license in Hong Kong and earned a First Class Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The Open University of Hong Kong (now Hong Kong Metropolitan University). Additionally, he was conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities by Charisma University, USA.

Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant - Mr. Wong Wing Cheung Vincent

Mr. Vincent Wong is a senior practicing accountant based in Hong Kong with over 20 years of professional experience. He holds a practicing certificate from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and specializes in statutory audits of local and cross-border companies, internal control system evaluations, and financial compliance reviews for listed companies in Hong Kong.
He provides one-stop audit, tax planning, and business consulting services to cross-border enterprises, high-net-worth individuals, and growth-stage organizations. Leveraging his deep understanding of the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and the Hong Kong Listing Rules, along with extensive cross-border practical experience involving Mainland China and overseas markets, Mr. Wong is committed to delivering compliant, efficient, and strategically valuable financial solutions to his clients.

Hong Kong Tax Expert – Mr. Kei Wai Kwong Peter

Mr. Peter Kei is the current tax consultant at iCan Business Solutions Company. He has accumulated over 30 years of experience working at the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, having served in various key departments.
Mr. Kei also has extensive teaching experience. He has taught courses in accounting, auditing, and taxation at several educational institutions, including the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Open University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, he has served as an examiner and workshop instructor for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), and the Hong Kong Association of Financial Accountants.
Mr. Kei specializes in handling cases related to Hong Kong profits tax, salaries tax, property tax, personal income tax, tax collection, as well as field audits and investigations. Leveraging his extensive tax experience and deep understanding of the internal operations of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, he provides technical support and professional tax advice to our firm.
He is a senior member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).

Senior Consultant – Tsoi Tsz Ying Molly

Ms. Molly Tsoi is the General Manager of the Shenzhen Office at iCan Business Solutions Company. She is a specialist in Mainland China and Hong Kong tax compliance and strategic consulting, with extensive expertise in the tax systems of both regions. Ms. Tsoi focuses on designing tax structures for cross-border enterprises, integrating accounting standards, and managing compliance risks.
